Fiamo Pizza & Wine Bar is a great place in Victoria to get authentic Italian food. The pizzas were full of flavour, and although the base was slightly overcooked, this didn't take away much. Their famous brussels sprouts with maple syrup and parmesan cheese is unique and surprisingly works really well, definitely recommend. Tea served us and was absolutely fantastic.
This is the second time I'm leaving a 5 star review for the quality of food, because I do appreciate proper food. Yet still complaining about something unrelated. I called at 830 to order a pizza, with the smaller sized pepperoni that cups. The person on the phone told me they only have one type. Despite reading the menu outloud to her. She stood her ground. Fair. I even respect the confidence, ma'am. I just had to go in and wait around for 12 minutes Instead of ordering takeout. I hope in the future, whoever answers the phone, doesn't waste 14 minutes of my time without at least asking somebody who's educated on the matter. Great food, though. Worth the wait even.
It is always hard to know where to go for dinner when you’re visiting a new place. A staff member at the Grand Pacific Hotel highly recommended Fiamo. The pizza and pasta was “chefs kiss” - Tea, our waitress was on point. We had to go back the next night! What a wonderful restaurant - the atmosphere is so welcoming, you don’t want to leave. We are sad to leave Victoria, but happy to add Fiamo to our list of one of our amazing experiences while visiting. Thank you Tea for your kindness and amazing service.
Came over as a group to celebrate a bachelor's party. Tested out the dine out menu. I really enjoyed the arancini balls, bisteca and the torta d'oliva was fantastic. We got 5/5 service from the staff. Great atmosphere and music. We would all come back again.
Perfect experience! Amazing food, we tried the barbabietole insalata, gambero pizza, fruitti di mare and their homemade butternut squash ravioli. We finished up with vanilla panna cotta and tiramisu, we loved the vanilla panna cotta a lot the tiramisu was a bit on the drier side yet still good. Servers and chef were super friendly and helpful recommending choices.
We originally went to a pub, but didn't realized the kitchen closes early. So the waitress mentioned about this place and off we went only to find out how delicious the pasta sauce was the meatballs so tasty. We'll definitely go again. I anyone plans to go, go before 8pm cause after 8 it's only pizza and appetizers of which are tasty too.
Great location for some great pizza and drinks. We ordered the prawn pizza and it was great. The red pepper flakes added a lot to the pizza. Highly recommended. The gambera. The drinks were great. My wife got a pear bulimi. She said it was great. I had the ipa. It was good too. Suggestion: expand your selection of draft beers. Only four choices.
We visited for a wedding pre dinner party of 16, the upstairs room was perfect! The food , both “dine around” and menu items were all very well received. The wine was very reasonably priced. The Brussels sprouts were a stand out, but all were tasty,
